As a Kentucky Native, David Cecil deeply appreciates the beauty of the Bluegrass and the warmth of the people that live there.

Born and raised in "Gilpin Hollow" (just outside of Bardstown), David enjoyed a childhood filled with happy memories - where he learned the importance of honesty, integrity and respect.  These core values continue to be an integral part of David's life and work philosophy.

After attending Eastern Kentucky University, David pursued a career in the hospitality and restaurant industry.  This line of work further developed his core values while affording him the opportunity to sharpen his skills in rapport building, marketing and customer relations.

In 2004, David made a very wise decision - the decision to pursue a new career in Real Estate in Lexington Kentucky.

Since then, David has developed an extensive and loyal list of clients; clients who come back to David again & again for all their real estate needs: He has risen to the top of his field by doing the right thing when called upon.
